We began our activities in the hospitality domain by establishing serviced apartments in prime locations across Bangalore. Having established our presence in the industry, we have today diversified into several other ventures including exclusive clubs, a convention centre-probably the largest in the city, and a number of upcoming luxury hotels and resorts across South India-in collaboration with internationally renowned operators.

We are expanding our team of dedicated professionals substantially, to meet the rapidly increasing needs of our sustained growth.

General Manager—Finance and Company Secretary (Bangalore)

  • Below 45 years
  • Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate with CA and ACS
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Role will involve reporting directly to the CEO
  • Responsibilities include: management of the finance & accounts department of an expanding company with multi-location operations, besides ensuring compliances. Also, setting up systems and procedures in a changing dynamic environment, developing an appropriate MIS and arranging funds including cash flow management
  • Should possess thorough knowledge of Finance, Accounts and Company Law matters, with the capacity to handle the above functions independently
  • Should be able to interact with ease with Shareholders, Investors, Bankers, Statutory Authorities and aid in changing relationships in line with long-term growth of the company
  • Should possess good computer skills and be comfortable in a fully computerised environment
  • Should be professional and self-motivated, with the ability to inspire others in achieving results
  • Should have a pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Manager—Sales and Marketing (Serviced Residences, Bangalore)

  • Below 35 years
  • Graduate with MBA in sales and marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Role will involve reporting to the DGM-Operations
  • Responsibilities include: management of all sales and marketing activity and leading a team of young professionals to achieve targets
  • Should possess good leadership skills, computer skills and the ability to network
  • Should have a pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be professional, self-motivated and possess the ability to work in a challenging environment

Operations Manager (Serviced Apartments / Clubs)

  • Age: Around 35 years
  • Graduate in Hotel Management or a Graduate with an MBA
  • 7-10 years' experience in a similar industry
  • Candidates from the armed forces possessing necessary skill sets may also be considered for the Club position
  • Leadership, excellent communication, dynamism and initiative are some of the qualities that will be considered a pre-requisite for these positions

Front Office Supervisor / Executive

  • Age: Below 30 years
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar industry
  • Will be responsible for all front office activities at serviced apartments and clubs
  • Should have a smart and pleasant personality with good communication skills

System Administrator

  • Age: Around 30 years
  • Graduate or diploma holder in Computer Science with MCSE / CCNA certification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-location management
  • Will be responsible for system and network administration, telecom infrastructure, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Should have good communication skills and analytical ability

Executive Housekeeper

  • Age: Around 35 years
  • Graduate in Hotel Management with specialisation in housekeeping operations
  • 8 to 10 years' relevant experience in the hospitality sector
  • Will be responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping operations at BHSPL
  • Will also be responsible for continually upgrading and modernising the housekeeping standards, besides leading a team of Housekeeping Supervisors placed at various units
  • Good interpersonal, man-management skills and leadership qualities are considered essential for this position

Executive Chef

  • Age: Around 40 years
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Hotel Management
  • 10 years' experience in a similar industry, of which at least 2 years' as an executive chef
  • Will be in charge of kitchen operations and maintenance including food production; menu design and review; food costing; coordinating food, beverage and banquet operations, etc.
  • Should be resourceful, good at man-management and must possess good organising capabilities

Sales and Marketing Executive (Serviced Apartments)

  • Age: 25-30 years
  • Hotel Management Graduates, with an MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates may also be considered as trainees
  • Should be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and must possess the ability to work in a challenging environment

Accountant

  • Age: Around 30 years
  • B.Com, Inter CA / ICWA
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Well versed with computer accounting, experienced in Tally accounting package.
  • Should be able to handle accounts related matters independently
  • Good communication skills are essential

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with education, qualification and experience.
